We work out of the Keller Williams Summit, New Jersey office. Thank you so much for the presentation, this is great information. We were just talking this morning about the hesitancy to use buyer agreements, however, after hearing the way you presented it, it is so compelling. We're definitely going to do it. We have nothing to lose but unmotivated and unqualified buyers!
